The Sydney Harbour Bridge

Of course, the crowning jewel of Sydney has to be the harbour bridge. From the walking path that runs across, it's a great vantage point to view the city. If you are feeling a little more daring, why not climb to the top of the bridge on a guided tour?

The Sydney Opera House

If possible, book in to see a show at the Opera House when you are next visiting Sydney. The building itself is breath-taking, and seeing a performance there is an experience you'll never forget. For the ultimate view at sunset, have a glass of your favourite drop at the Opera Bar and watch the changing colours of the night fall onto the still waters of Sydney Harbour.

The Rocks

The Rocks is home to some of the cities oldest buildings which still stand. The oldest pub is here to, amoungst the sandstone stairways and cobblestoned laneways. Now the area is home to some of the best resturants, cafes, markets and galleries in the city. The Museum of Contemporary Art is here as well as a range of well known art dealers. Experience old world charm with a modern edge by visiting this romantic part of Sydney on your next stay.

Bondi Beach

Of course, you can't go to Sydney without experiencing some of it's very best beaches which are known the world over. Bondi is one of the most iconic beaches in the world and is just a short bus trip or car ride from the CBD. Coogee Beach is also a favourite, and if you are spending the day trawling the local areas, it's a good idea to also work in a visit to Tamarama, Bronte and Maroubra Beaches.

Take a tour of the Blue Mountains

No trip to Sydney is complete without checking out the Blue Mountains. There are heaps of day tours giving you the chance to experience everything the mountains have to offer and be back in the CBD in time for dinner. From the Three Sisters to the amazing bushland and landscape, it's no wonder the region has been inspiring many well-known artists from around the globe for decades.
