It has to be said, that there possibly couldn't be a better place to go rock climbing. With the sandstone walls and cliffs climbing hundreds of meters high, there are a number of places specifically designed for climbers. Explore the Jenolan Caves

Wearing headlamps, you'll be guided through the caves exploring and abseiling your way through the heart of the mountain.
The walls and valleys of the Blue Mountains provide the perfect backdrop for some heart pounding abseiling. Why not take a tour deep into the mountains to abseil down a waterfall? Once again there are tours and courses for all skill levels. Some courses even offer you an Introductory Abseiling Certificate once you've finished the day. Start off by learning to jump a few metres at a time and then build up to 30-50 metre jumps.
